# 19-11-30.11. Fee on levied accounts. A financial institution may charge an account levied on by the commissioner of human services a fee, as determined by the commissioner, of not less than $20.00 nor more than $50.00 which shall be deducted from such account prior to remitting funds to the department. The commissioner of human services requesting bank or account information under Code Section 19-11-30.2 shall not be liable for costs otherwise assessable pursuant to Code Section 7-1-237. ## History Code 1981, § 19-11-30.11, enacted by Ga.
