# 19-12-4. Name change with fraudulent intent not authorized. Nothing contained in this chapter shall authorize any person to change his name with a view to deprive another fraudulently of any right under the law. ## History Code 1933, § 79-503, enacted by Ga. L. 1961, p. 129, § 3.
