# 19-13-75. [Effective July 1, 2026] Performance reports. (a) Each center shall submit performance reports as designated by the council that include, but are not limited to, the following: (1) Services provided; (2) Victims served; (3) Outcomes achieved; and (4) Financial expenditures. (b) The council shall compile and transmit an annual state-wide report on Family Justice Center performance to the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and Speaker of the House of Representatives that summarizes the activities and impact of Family Justice Centers in this state. ## History Code 1981, § 19-13-75, enacted by Ga.
