# 19-3-32. Penalty for improper issuance of license. If any judge of the probate court or clerk issues a marriage license in violation of subsection (a) of Code Section 19-3-30, the judge or clerk, as the case may be, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. ## History Ga. L. 1956, p. 43, § 2.
