# 19-7-48. Settlement, dismissal, or termination of civil action. The child must be a party to a settlement agreement with the alleged father. The court must approve any settlement agreement, dismissal, or termination of the action which does not adjudicate the merits of the case. ## History Code 1933, § 74-309, enacted by Ga.
