# 19-9-133. Continuing application of former provisions as applicable to grandparents. This article shall not affect a power of attorney given to a grandparent prior to September 1, 2018, to which the provisions of former Code Sections 19-9-120 through 19-9-129, as such existed on August 30, 2018, shall continue to apply. ## History Code 1981, § 19-9-133, enacted by Ga.
