**Tex. Fam. Code § 1.002. COURT.** "Court" means the district court, juvenile court having the jurisdiction of a district court, or other court expressly given jurisdiction of a suit under this title. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 7, Sec. 1, eff. April 17, 1997.
