**Tex. Fam. Code § 1.003. SUIT FOR DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE.** "Suit for dissolution of a marriage" includes a suit for divorce or annulment or to declare a marriage void. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 7, Sec. 1, eff. April 17, 1997. SUBCHAPTER B. PUBLIC POLICY
