**Tex. Fam. Code § 101.005. CHILD SUPPORT REVIEW OFFICER.** "Child support review officer" means an individual designated and trained by a child support agency to conduct reviews under this title. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff. April 20, 1995. Amended by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 341, Sec. 2.01, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
