**Tex. Fam. Code § 101.008. COURT.** "Court" means the district court, juvenile court having the same jurisdiction as a district court, or other court expressly given jurisdiction of a suit affecting the parent-child relationship. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff. April 20, 1995.
