**Tex. Fam. Code § 101.009. DANGER TO PHYSICAL HEALTH OR SAFETY OF CHILD.** "Danger to the physical health or safety of a child" includes exposure of the child to loss or injury that jeopardizes the physical health or safety of the child without regard to whether there has been an actual prior injury to the child. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff. April 20, 1995.
