**Tex. Fam. Code § 101.0096. DIGITIZED SIGNATURE.** "Digitized signature" means a graphic image of a handwritten signature having the same legal force and effect for all purposes as a handwritten signature. Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 790 (S.B. 1422), Sec. 1, eff. September 1, 2013.
