**Tex. Fam. Code § 101.0134. FOSTER CHILD.** "Foster child" means a child who is in the managing conservatorship of the Department of Family and Protective Services. Added by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 944 (S.B. 206), Sec. 7, eff. September 1, 2015.
