**Tex. Fam. Code § 101.014. GOVERNMENTAL ENTITY.** "Governmental entity" means the state, a political subdivision of the state, or an agency of the state. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff. April 20, 1995.
