**Tex. Fam. Code § 101.0145. GUARDIAN AD LITEM.** "Guardian ad litem" has the meaning assigned by Section 107.001. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 172 (H.B. 307), Sec. 15, eff. September 1, 2005.
