**Tex. Fam. Code § 101.016. JOINT MANAGING CONSERVATORSHIP.** "Joint managing conservatorship" means the sharing of the rights and duties of a parent by two parties, ordinarily the parents, even if the exclusive right to make certain decisions may be awarded to one party. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff. April 20, 1995.
