**Tex. Fam. Code § 101.0161. JUDICIAL WRIT OF WITHHOLDING.** "Judicial writ of withholding" means the document issued by the clerk of a court and delivered to an employer directing that earnings be withheld for payment of child support as provided by Chapter 158. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 911, Sec. 5, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
