**Tex. Fam. Code § 101.019. MANAGING CONSERVATORSHIP.** "Managing conservatorship" means the relationship between a child and a managing conservator appointed by court order. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff. April 20, 1995.
