**Tex. Fam. Code § 101.0302. STATE DISBURSEMENT UNIT.** "State disbursement unit" means the unit established and operated by the Title IV-D agency under 42 U.S.C. Section 654b that has responsibility for receiving, distributing, maintaining, and furnishing child support payments and records on or after October 1, 1999. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 556, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
