**Tex. Fam. Code § 101.033. TITLE IV-D AGENCY.** "Title IV-D agency" means the state agency designated under Chapter 231 to provide services under Part D of Title IV of the federal Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. Section 651 et seq.). Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff. April 20, 1995.
