**Tex. Fam. Code § 105.005. FINDINGS.** Except as otherwise provided by this title, the court's findings shall be based on a preponderance of the evidence. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff. April 20, 1995.
