**Tex. Fam. Code § 107.308. FUNDING OF PROGRAM.** (a) A program is entitled to receive money for personnel costs and expenses incurred in amounts set by the commissioners court and paid out of the appropriate county fund or jointly fixed by the commissioners courts and proportionately paid out of each appropriate county fund if the program serves more than one county. (b) An attorney appointed under the program is entitled to reasonable fees as provided by Section 107.015. Added by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 571 (H.B. 3003), Sec. 1, eff. September 1, 2015.
