**Tex. Fam. Code § 111.002. GUIDELINES SUPERSEDE COURT RULES.** (a) The guidelines in this title supersede local court rules and rules of the supreme court that conflict with the guidelines. (b) Repealed by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., 2nd C.S., Ch. 7 (H.B. 16), Sec. 12.11(1), eff. December 4, 2025. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff. April 20, 1995.
