**Tex. Fam. Code § 15.053. APPLICABILITY.** This chapter applies only to a matter arising under Title 1 or 5. Added by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1048 (H.B. 3833), Sec. 1, eff. September 1, 2011.
