**Tex. Fam. Code § 15.113. CONFIDENTIALITY OF COLLABORATIVE FAMILY LAW COMMUNICATION.** (a) A collaborative family law communication is confidential to the extent agreed to by the parties in a signed record or as provided by law other than this chapter. (b) If the parties agree in a signed record, the conduct and demeanor of the parties and nonparty participants, including their collaborative lawyers, are confidential. (c) If the parties agree in a signed record, communications related to the collaborative family law matter occurring before the signing of the collaborative family law participation agreement are confidential.
