**Tex. Fam. Code § 153.012. RIGHT TO PRIVACY; DELETION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION IN RECORDS.** The court may order the custodian of records to delete all references in the records to the place of residence of either party appointed as a conservator of the child before the release of the records to another party appointed as a conservator. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff. April 20, 1995.
