**Tex. Fam. Code § 153.375. ANNUAL REPORT BY NONPARENT MANAGING CONSERVATOR.** (a) A nonparent appointed as a managing conservator of a child shall each 12 months after the appointment file with the court a report of facts concerning the child's welfare, including the child's whereabouts and physical condition. (b) The report may not be admitted in evidence in a subsequent suit. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff. April 20, 1995.
