**Tex. Fam. Code § 153.377. ACCESS TO CHILD'S RECORDS.** A nonparent possessory conservator has the right of access to medical, dental, psychological, and educational records of the child to the same extent as the managing conservator, without regard to whether the right is specified in the order.
