**Tex. Fam. Code § 154.301. DEFINITIONS.** In this subchapter: (1) "Adult child" means a child 18 years of age or older. (2) "Child" means a son or daughter of any age. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff. April 20, 1995.
