**Tex. Fam. Code § 156.403. VOLUNTARY ADDITIONAL SUPPORT.** A history of support voluntarily provided in excess of the court order does not constitute cause to increase the amount of an existing child support order. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff. April 20, 1995.
