**Tex. Fam. Code § 156.407. ASSIGNMENT OF CHILD SUPPORT RIGHT.** A notice of assignment filed under Chapter 231 does not constitute a modification of an order to pay child support. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff. April 20, 1995.
