**Tex. Fam. Code § 157.063. APPEARANCE.** A party makes a general appearance for all purposes in an enforcement proceeding if: (1) the party appears at the hearing or is present when the case is called; and (2) the party does not object to the court's jurisdiction or the form or manner of the notice of hearing. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff. April 20, 1995.
