**Tex. Fam. Code § 157.104. CONDITIONAL RELEASE.** If the respondent is taken into custody and released on bond, the court shall condition the bond on the respondent's promise to appear in court for a hearing as required by the court without the necessity of further personal service of notice on the respondent. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff. April 20, 1995.
