**Tex. Fam. Code § 157.111. FORFEITURE NOT DEFENSE TO CONTEMPT.** The forfeiture of bond or security is not a defense in a contempt proceeding. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff. April 20, 1995.
