**Tex. Fam. Code § 157.112. JOINDER OF FORFEITURE AND CONTEMPT PROCEEDINGS.** A motion for enforcement requesting contempt may be joined with a forfeiture proceeding. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff. April 20, 1995.
