**Tex. Fam. Code § 157.114. FAILURE TO APPEAR.** The court may order a capias to be issued for the arrest of the respondent if: (1) the motion for enforcement requests contempt; (2) the respondent was personally served; and (3) the respondent fails to appear. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff. April 20, 1995.
