**Tex. Fam. Code § 157.423. SUBSTANTIVE CHANGE NOT ENFORCEABLE.** (a) A court may not change the substantive provisions of an order to be clarified under this subchapter. (b) A substantive change made by a clarification order is not enforceable. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff. April 20, 1995.
