**Tex. Fam. Code § 157.424. RELATION TO MOTION FOR CONTEMPT.** The court may render a clarification order before a motion for contempt is made or heard, in conjunction with a motion for contempt, or after the denial of a motion for contempt. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff. April 20, 1995.
