**Tex. Fam. Code § 158.101. APPLICABILITY OF PROCEDURE.** Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the procedure for a motion for enforcement of child support as provided in Chapter 157 applies to an action for income withholding. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff. April 20, 1995.
