**Tex. Fam. Code § 158.316. PAYMENT OF AMOUNT TO BE WITHHELD.** The amount to be withheld shall be paid to the person or office named in the writ on each pay date and shall include with the payment the date on which the withholding occurred. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff. April 20, 1995.
