**Tex. Fam. Code § 159.103. STATE TRIBUNAL AND SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT AGENCY.** (a) The court is the tribunal of this state. (b) The office of the attorney general is the support enforcement agency of this state. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff. April 20, 1995.
