**Tex. Fam. Code § 159.315. NONPARENTAGE AS DEFENSE.** A party whose parentage of a child has been previously determined by or under law may not plead nonparentage as a defense to a proceeding under this chapter. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff. April 20, 1995.
