**Tex. Fam. Code § 159.318. ASSISTANCE WITH DISCOVERY.** A tribunal of this state may: (1) request a tribunal outside this state to assist in obtaining discovery; and (2) on request, compel a person over whom the tribunal has jurisdiction to respond to a discovery order issued by a tribunal outside this state. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff. April 20, 1995. Amended by: Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 368 (H.B. 3538), Sec. 29, eff. July 1, 2015.
