**Tex. Fam. Code § 159.601. REGISTRATION OF ORDER FOR ENFORCEMENT.** A support order or income-withholding order issued in another state or a foreign support order may be registered in this state for enforcement. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff. April 20, 1995. Amended by: Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 368 (H.B. 3538), Sec. 38, eff. July 1, 2015.
