**Tex. Fam. Code § 159.703. RELATIONSHIP OF OFFICE OF ATTORNEY GENERAL TO UNITED STATES CENTRAL AUTHORITY.** The office of the attorney general of this state is recognized as the agency designated by the United States central authority to perform specific functions under the Convention. Added by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 368 (H.B. 3538), Sec. 58, eff. July 1, 2015.
