**Tex. Fam. Code § 160.105. PROTECTION OF PARTICIPANTS.** A proceeding under this chapter is subject to the other laws of this state governing the health, safety, privacy, and liberty of a child or any other individual who may be jeopardized by the disclosure of identifying information, including the person's address, telephone number, place of employment, and social security number and the name of the child's day-care facility and school. Amended by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 821, Sec. 1.01, eff. June 14, 2001.
