**Tex. Fam. Code § 160.509. DECEASED INDIVIDUAL.** For good cause shown, the court may order genetic testing of a deceased individual. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 821, Sec. 1.01, eff. June 14, 2001.
