**Tex. Fam. Code § 160.751. DEFINITION.** In this subchapter, "gestational mother" means a woman who gives birth to a child conceived under a gestational agreement. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 457, Sec. 2, eff. Sept. 1, 2003.
