**Tex. Fam. Code § 161.102. FILING SUIT FOR TERMINATION BEFORE BIRTH.** (a) A suit for termination may be filed before the birth of the child. (b) If the suit is filed before the birth of the child, the petition shall be styled "In the Interest of an Unborn Child." After the birth, the clerk shall change the style of the case to conform to the requirements of Section 102.008. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff. April 20, 1995.
