**Tex. Fam. Code § 2.201. EXPIRATION OF LICENSE.** If a marriage ceremony has not been conducted before the 90th day after the date the license is issued, the marriage license expires. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 7, Sec. 1, eff. April 17, 1997. Amended by: Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1350 (S.B. 1317), Sec. 1, eff. September 1, 2013.
